Als je het VCA-examen hebt gehaald, dan ontvang je een certificaat. Heb je jouw VCA-certificaat behaald, dan kun je aan jouw werkgever of opdrachtgever aantonen dat je op dat je weet wat veilig werken inhoudt en dat je op de hoogte bent van geldende wet- en regelgeving.
Je krijgt een VCA-certificaat als je bent geslaagd voor een examen B-VCA, VCA-VOL of VIL-VCU. Je certificaat is 10 jaar geldig. De geldigheidsdatum staat vermeld op het certificaat en kun je ook opzoeken in de VCA-bank.
Als je geslaagd bent, kun je direct je VCA-certificaat downloaden in de vorm van een VCA-pasje. Zo kun je direct aantonen dat je in het bezit bent van een geldig VCA-diploma. Liever een hard pasje in creditcardformaat? Dan kun je die meebestellen bij je examen, of kun je deze achteraf bijbestellen.
Your obtained VCA certificate is personal and is registered in your name in the VCA register. If you transfer to another employer, your certificate is still valid and you do not have to take the VCA exam again. Employers can also obtain a VCA company certificate. To do so, they are required to demonstrate that the employees or self-employed workers they work with have a VCA certificate. New employees who do not yet hold a certificate must still obtain their VCA within 3 months of starting employment.
