Individuals who obtain person certification according to IECEx 05 know how to work safely in a hazardous area according to global standards (IEC). ATEX certification is also a certification on working safely in a hazardous explosive environment, but is focused on EU standards. Individuals working at a company located in the EU can also opt for ATEX certification.
