Stipel NEN 3140 VP*

The Stipel exam NEN 3140 VP* (Skilled Person) is intended for employees who perform simple electrical work or have access to switch rooms. These are activities with limited risk. This exam is commonly taken by operators, mechanical mechanics, IT people and janitors. 

Om een Stipel-certificaat te behalen moet je allereerst een basistoets doen, vervolgd door zowel een theorie-examen als een praktijkexamen. De basistoets en het theorie-examen worden op 60 locaties door heel Nederland afgenomen. Het praktijkexamen vindt plaats op de locatie van ROVC Technische opleidingen in Ede, Dordrecht of Helmond. 

Inschrijven Stipel-examen*

*Geef bij stap 3 van het boekingsproces minimaal twee en maximaal drie voorkeursdata voor het praktijkexamen op, PBNA bepaalt twee weken vooraf op welke datum het examen plaatsvindt.

Na het behalen van alle onderdelen ontvang je een diploma en word je opgenomen in het register van Stipel.

Validity period of the certificate

You take the Stipel basic test only on the first exam of the designation. When renewing the same or a lower certificate, exemption can be given. This is only possible if you have passed the exam within 5 years of obtaining the previous certificate.

The certification test (practical exam and theory exam) is valid for 3 years.
