Employees who independently hook, transfer from hook to hook and move loads in factory facilities and structures with hand lifting tools such as hoists, trolleys, beam clamps, etc.
Examples of such loads include: pipe parts, fittings, relatively small equipment such as electric motors and parts of structures of limited size.
Training is provided by an SOG-accredited training institute and PBNA administers the exams.
The exam tests whether the exam candidate can hoist, handle and move loads according to a hoisting plan, in a correct, safe and responsible manner, and knows how to make the proper preparations.
The candidate passes the exam after the successful completion of both the theory exam and the practical exam.
